REFUND POLICY
- Once the course is successfully booked and the fees paid will not be refundable/transferable to any other courses under any circumstances.
- Before making the payments the student should verify the date of the commencement of the course eligibility criterion etc.
- If a candidate does not report for admission By 9 am on the date of the commencement of the Course then his seat stands cancelled and he/she will not be entitled for any refund.
- In case due to some technical error fees for the same course and same date is paid more than once to IMU then excess payment will be refunded. The student has to apply manually with all the necessary proofs to the Director IMU Mumbai Campus within 15 days of the payment. Under any circumstances Online refund will not be done.
- If a student pays his Course Fees and does not come to attend the Course for whatsoever reason then he/she will not be entitled for any refund. But his fees will be valid for one year from the date of payment if it is postponed in exceptional cases like sailing problem/IMU and DGS Examinations with approval of the authority prior to the commencement of the course to another available date.
- Due to any reason if the Course is not conducted as per the schedule, IMU will inform the students before the commencement of the Course and the student will be given three choices, when the seats are available within one year for the postponement.
CHARGE BACK/ PAY BACK POLICY
- Bank has no authority to debit IMU Mumbai Campus Account without the approval of IMU. IMU Account cannot be debited by the Bank without IMU'S Permission.
- Any Chargeback's or Pay Backs will be dealt at IMU'S end only.
- IMU is not concerned with the Fraud or Expired Cards. The transaction between the cardholder and the processing banks/financial institutions should resolved such matters.
